Advisory Frame

Developing leadership —
and measuring what it does.

Advisory Frame advises small businesses, firms and practices on people management and on the analysis that backs it up: people analytics, dashboard design and one-to-one coaching for the people who lead. Business administration with a computer-science background.

A finished consulting app — on the App Store.

Advisory Planner — on the App Store for Mac and iPhone. A calendar that does not plan the appointment, but the preparation before it. The AI works entirely on your own device: no server, no account, nothing passed on.

Your data stays on your device — and is still not locked away. Appointments and completed steps can be exported as a table. An analysis builds on that, computing the few measures that matter and applying the methods that fit — through to your dashboard.

You can simply buy this app, independently of everything else. It serves people with a full working calendar as much as anyone who wants to prepare their own day.

One

People management and retention

Leadership development and one-to-one coaching. Incentive and pay structures. Recovery as part of the staffing plan, not as what is left over. Digital stress. Handover of knowledge. Transformation.

72.7 % of German law and tax firms have difficulty finding qualified staff — the highest figure of any sector in the country. ifo Skilled Labour Barometer, August 2025

The question is no longer whom you are looking for, but how you keep the people you have. Working-time model, how roles are cut, prospects for development, the behaviour of those who lead.

Alongside this, seminars and workshops: leadership, key figures, data quality — in house or online.

Two

People analytics and dashboard design

Which measures can carry a decision — and which merely create work. As a rule: turnover and early-turnover rates, absence, time to fill an open position, overtime and utilisation, and the analysis of staff surveys.

And the design of the dashboard itself: which figure is seen by whom and when, where it comes from, and which decision hangs on it. Employee data, anonymity thresholds and — where a works council exists — codetermination belong in the draft, not in the clean-up afterwards.

Leadership can be measured. Without figures, every change remains a claim — including the good ones.

Three

Knowledge ordered so that AI can work with it

Your own documents as a knowledge base — local instead of in the cloud.

A knowledge base rarely fails on the technology. It fails because nobody decided which knowledge belongs in it, who maintains it, how it stays current and what must never go in. Those are questions of business, not of engineering — and they are asked before any program is chosen.

I do not make those decisions for you. I prepare them with the leadership — one at a time, in your order, until every question has an answer.

Four

When no tool fits: an app of your own

Some tasks cannot be solved cleanly with a spreadsheet and a standard program — no replacement for Tableau or Excel, but what does not fit in there. Then a small, precisely cut app is built: for one company, or for a group of companies with the same task. From the business requirement through review to the finished application. A solution like that stays exclusive: it is not resold to anyone else.

I have done this work since the early days of digitalisation — in start-ups and in e-commerce, where a solution has to stand up quickly and still hold.

Part of the design is building existing analyses into the solution: what is already measured is not reinvented.
